Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the base64 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the base64 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The base64 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To access the full range of base64 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. base64 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. You are required to notify base64 immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

  • Registration information must be accurate and verifiable.
  • Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
  • Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for added protection.
  • Base64 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Users of the base64 platform are required to use all services in a lawful, responsible manner that complies with applicable Malaysian law. Using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the system is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Using automated software or methods (bots) to influence game outcomes or transactions.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of the base64 system.
  • Registering an account using a false identity or another person's personal information.
  • Conducting money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity through the platform.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
  • Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Base64 reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary, including immediate account suspension, if any of the above prohibitions are violated.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the base64 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits via supported local payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policies.

Base64 does not charge hidden processing fees for standard deposits; however, some payment methods may carry additional charges imposed by the payment provider itself. Users are advised to check the latest information in the payments section of their account.

  • Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days to local Malaysian bank accounts.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
  • Base64 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
  • Any transaction suspected of involving fraud will be blocked immediately while an investigation is carried out.

Base64 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers outside our control.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, base64 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform's content for any particular purpose. base64 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the base64 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trade names — is the exclusive property of base64 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The base64 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for the user's convenience. base64 does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.

Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Base64 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. Closed accounts will not be able to access any remaining balance until an investigation is completed. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance.

Changes to These Terms

Base64 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Malaysia.
